 Often people's first experience with curry is from a mysterious container at the grocery store labeled "curry powder." However, more often than not this somewhat exotic curry container is actually bland, salty, and has a grainy texture. With a little bit of practice, and a few spices on hand, authentic curry is easy to make. The best part is it is flexible, inexpensive and healthy.
